THE FOUNDERS
In 1996 Cindy Chua
began to feel a calling to help the street children in her city. By
1999 she sensed an intense degree of urgency that “NO” and “LATER”
were no longer acceptable answers. She and her husband Tony founded LTCF in March of that year. Cindy is the Executive Director of LTCF.
Cindy and Tony have two daughters, Elane and Mariel.
